Cartoon

Most of us had enjoyed reading cartons or comic books when we were children Nowadays, some comic books are so sophisticated that not only children read them but also adults. In any event, they have become a new mode of artistic expression, one that combines narrative with drawing, a form cinematography where the sound and the action is in the mind of the reader.
Like many children, Adolfo drew superheroes and villains from the cartoons he read. Later in life, he sometimes would create a short cartoon depicting a situation he was involved in or about an event, he read or saw in the news.
While living in New York, he tried for a while to break into the comic book arena, but since this was not really his area of expertise and he did not have enough experience, he never accomplished anything. Occasionally, he still creates a cartoon, but he only does it for his own enjoyment, without any pretensions.

Tebeos

A todos nos has gustado leer Tebeos cuando éramos niños. Hoy en día, algunos Tebeos son tan sofisticados en su tema y calidad que incluso los adultos los leen; en ciertos casos más que los niños. Se han convertido así en una nueva forma de expresión artística reconocida por todo el mundo; un medio de comunicación que combina la narrativa con el dibujo, como una película en la que el sonido y el movimiento se crean en la mente del lector.
Como muchos otros niños, Adolfo dibujó los superhéroes y los malvados de los Tebeos que leía. Ya de adulto, a veces le daba por dibujar viñetas sobre situaciones que le ocurrían o noticias que divulgaban los medios de comunicación.
Durante la época que residió en Nueva York, trató de introducirse en el mundo de los comics, pero debido a que su experiencia en esta modalidad del dibujo era insuficiente, no consiguió su propósito.
En ocasiones, todavía dibuja algún tema relacionado con los comics o una viñeta, pero lo hace sin pretensiones, solo por el placer que ello le proporciona.
